I really enjoyed…

I really enjoyed attending Krissy’s yoga classes as she was training to be an instructor. It gave me a great insight to a different side of yoga that I really enjoyed. Life can get so busy and chaotic at times so it was really beneficial to have the time to relax and feel at ease. Krissy makes you feel welcome and she also works on boosting your self esteem too. 😊Looking forward to the new yoga classes!
